Our Mission
LTH is a full-service management, development, and consulting firm that partners with the world's finest hotel, restaurant, and bar brands across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to do exactly that: launching concepts from scratch, refining underperforming assets, managing the entirety of a new project's development, or operating a venue under our own flag.
Every member of our team is a veteran of some of the most celebrated and influential venues in the industry, and that operator's mindset shapes everything we do. Our work is custom-built for each engagement: proprietary training materials, bespoke software solutions, and original creative concepts across kitchen, bar, and dining room, backed by more than 100 collective openings globally.

One of the most respected figures in global bar consulting, Christopher has spent the past decade building beverage programs in some of the world's most demanding markets. Before co-founding LTH, he scaled Proof & Company Greater China from its first client engagements in 2017 into a thriving, eight-figure business consulting across 30 cities. His teams placed projects on the World's 50 Best Bars and Asia's 50 Best Bars every consecutive year — a level of sustained recognition no other beverage consulting firm has achieved. In 2020, Drinks International named him one of the 100 Most Influential Figures in the Global Bar Industry, and he earned nominations for Best Global Bar Mentor at Tales of the Cocktail in both 2018 and 2020.
At LTH, Christopher leads beverage program development, training, and multi-venue project execution across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. He is fluent in Mandarin and Japanese, and has personally trained thousands of hospitality professionals worldwide. Every engagement he runs is shaped by the same three priorities: what stakeholders need financially, what international guests expect, and what is actually executable on the ground.
Jeffrey brings two decades of hospitality leadership to LTH, with a track record built inside some of the world's most celebrated properties. Before co-founding LTH, he spent ten years as the originating Managing Partner of NoMad Hotels' food and beverage operations across New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and London — overseeing all aspects of brand development, pre-opening, financials, and operations — before being appointed Chief Operating Officer of Make it Nice, the group behind three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park.
At LTH, Jeffrey leads client relationships, project strategy, and creative development. He has guided F&B programs for properties across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific — from the ambitious relaunch of the Shelborne in Miami Beach to new concept work for Garcia's in Chicago and New York City, built in partnership with the estate of Jerry Garcia. Earlier in his career, he served as Wine Director of 'inoteca on Manhattan's Lower East Side, Maître d' of Mercer Kitchen, and General Manager and Beverage Director of Scarpetta.
