A hospitality industry executive with two decades of proven leadership across award-winning and influential properties, Jeffrey spent a decade as the originating Managing Partner of NoMad Hotels' food and beverage operations across New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and London before being appointed Chief Operating Officer of parent company Make it Nice — the acclaimed group behind three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park, named Best Restaurant in the World in 2017.

With NoMad, Jeffrey was responsible for all aspects of brand development — overseeing financials, design, pre-opening, and operations. Prior to founding LTH, Chris built and scaled Proof & Company Greater China, a Shanghai-based firm specializing in luxury hospitality consulting and premium wine and spirits trading. He grew Proof China from its first client projects in 2017 to a thriving, eight-figure business consulting on dozens of prestige projects across 30 cities. During this tenure, his teams placed projects in the World's 50 Best Bars and Asia's 50 Best Bars every consecutive year — a level of sustained, consolidated excellence unmatched by any other beverage consulting firm.

Chris balances three critical metrics in every engagement: the profitability and cash-flow priorities of key stakeholders; the best-in-class product expectations of international VIP guests; and the on-the-ground realities of procurement, logistics, and staff training at each local venue.
